Left wing women and transgenderism

Who is a left wing woman?

Three Supreme Court justices were appointed by Democrat presidents: Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and K. Brown Jackson.

Considering their recorded voting pattern, it seems reasonable to describe them as left wing.

(I certainly don't claim that left wing women agree on every issue.)

Now let us consider a case that will soon come before them:

How will they vote? We may not know exactly, but the result will suggest an answer.

This presents a conundrum.

On the one hand, Kallie doesn't want to wrestle against a biological male (who can blame her?).

On the other hand, some claim that the true sex of people claiming to be transgender should not be be divulged.

Which will prevail?

At this stage, Elena Kagan will decide.

Will she support her fellow females Kallie and her mother?

Or will she support the "rights" of males pretending to be female to keep their true sex, their maleness (with all that that entails) secret?

This should be interesting.
