A 1996 Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention report bears this out. It noted that Muslim immigrants from North Africa were 23 times more likely to commit rape than Swedish men. It is no wonder why today Sweden is deemed the rape capital of the Western world.
Even more shocking, however, is the political correctness overshadowing the reporting of these crimes. Sensitive about accusations of Islamophobia, the Swedish press refuses to sound a warning alarm for native women about who these sexual predators are. Thus, when a Muslim commits a rape, the media only refers to him as a Swedish male.

The 17-year-old Finnish girl had only dated Ramin Azimi for a month before she tried to end their relationship.
The court heard how she had wanted to see another man,
but Mr. Azimi demanded marriage and children of her.
When she wouldn’t cooperate,
Mr. Azimi attacked the young woman while she was out jogging.
Equipped with spare clothing, rope and gasoline,
the Afghan asylum seeker raped his former lover in revenge for leaving him.
Having completed this act,
Mr. Azimi then tied the girl to a chair in an abandoned shed,
poured petrol over her, and set her alight.

Clarifying remarks by the Finnish prime minister on the subject, the immigration service director Esko Repo spoke out, remarking that while crimes committed abroad prior to arriving in Finland would be taken into account during the asylum decision process, ones perpetrated after arrival were not, reports Ilta Sanomat.

Law enforcement officials lost control of the situation in Cologne on New Year's Eve, according to an internal report by Germany's national police, the Bundespolizei, obtained by DER SPIEGEL. The author of the report, dated Jan. 4, is a senior official. He writes: "Women, accompanied or not, literally ran a 'gauntlet' through masses of heavily intoxicated men that words cannot describe." The horde in front of and inside the train station was unmoved by the presence of police.
According to the report, officers encountered many distraught, crying, frightened pedestrians, particularly women and girls. They reported "fights, thefts, sexual assaults against women, etc." Groups of male migrants were repeatedly named as perpetrators.
Identifying those responsible -- especially the perpetrators of sexual assaults -- "was unfortunately no longer possible." The reason: "Security forces were unable to get all of the incidents, assaults, crimes, etc. under control. There were simply too many happening at the same time." Police were frustrated at their inability to help each victim. At times, it wasn't even possible to record all of the complaints that were being lodged.
The report lists several examples of police officers' experiences:
- Officers were hindered from pushing their way through to people calling for help by tight clusters of men.
- A man is quoted as saying: "I'm a Syrian! You have to treat me kindly! Mrs. Merkel invited me."
- Witnesses were threatened when they provided the names of perpetrators.
- People reportedly demonstratively tore up residence permits in front of the police, grinned and said: "You can't touch me. I'll just go back tomorrow and get a new one." The report did not, however, confirm the authenticity of the documents.
- Orders for people to leave the premises were ignored; taking repeat offenders into custody was not possible due to lack of resources.
- After track closures due to overcrowding, people simply forced their way over adjacent platforms and train tracks back to the closed platform.
- Physical fights broke out as trains were being boarded; it was "every man for himself."
The author of the report draws a grim conclusion: The actions of the police officers was met with a level of disrespect "like I have never experienced in my 29 years of public service." Because too few officers were on the scene, the ones that were present "reached the limits of their abilities pretty quickly" -- their deployment lasted from 9:45 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. As central problems facing law enforcement, the report cites overwhelmed police officers, insufficient personnel and weaknesses in equipment, which were "not to be expected." The author describes the entire situation on New Years' Eve as "chaotic and shameful."
In the days since the New Year's Eve attacks, Cologne police have received more than 100 complaints. In an initial statement on the morning of Jan. 1, the police press department noted that the situation on the prior evening had been "relaxed." Cologne Police President Wolfgang Albers later admitted that "this initial statement was incorrect."

Police in Cologne, Germany, were overwhelmed by groups of men attacking women in the city center on New Year's Eve, according to a leaked report.
An unidentified senior official who wrote the report for Germany's national police described a "chaotic and shameful" evening in which a lack of officers at the scene meant those there "reached the limits of their abilities pretty quickly," according to Der Spiegel, which obtained a copy of the report.
"Women, accompanied or not, literally ran a 'gauntlet' through masses of heavily intoxicated men that words cannot describe," the official wrote.
The report contradicts the Cologne police department's initial depiction of the night as "relaxed," a description that has since been recanted. Authorities now say that more than 100 women have filed criminal complaints of sexual assault — including two reported rapes — or thefts during the festivities that evening, according to the Associated Press.
Roughly 1,000 men described by officials as being largely of "Arab or North African origin" had congregated in the square outside Cologne station that night, with groups reportedly breaking off to assault women. Victims described a sense of lawlessness that evening as criminals flouted the law even with police present.
"They grabbed our arms... pushed our clothes away, and tried to get between our legs or I don't know where," one victim told the BBC News.
Another said attackers put a firecracker in her hood as they stole her phone.
"I heard a sizzling sound in my hood and I somehow tried to get it out of the hood," she said. "Then it fell into my jacket and burned everything. The scars will stay. I was lucky that it didn't explode."
The report obtained by Der Spiegel seemed to corroborate the sense that the attackers, repeatedly described as groups of male migrants, felt that they had the run of areas in front of and inside the train station.
The report describes officers encountering crying, frightened pedestrians, many of them women and girls. Officers reported that their orders were ignored, that they were "bombarded with fireworks and pelted with glass bottles," and that witnesses were threatened when they named the perpetrators, according to Der Spiegel.
The author of the report noted a level of disrespect for police "like I have never experienced in my 29 years of public service."
Cologne was not the only European city to see trouble on New Year's Eve.
Police in Helsinki, Finland said that 15 Iraqi asylum seekers were taken into custody amid allegations of groping and harassing women near the city's central railway station on New Year's Eve. Ilkka Koskimäki, Deputy Police Chief of the Helsinki Police Department, said three women had filed complaints, alleging they had been kissed and touched against their will.
The situation, he said, might have been worse had police not received a tip that groups of Iraqi asylum seekers were planning disturbances that night, leading the Helsinki police to deploy far more officers than usual.
Attacks were reported elsewhere in Germany, too, including in Hamburg and Stuttgart, according to the BBC.
Cologne, however, saw the largest wave of assaults. Due to the overwhelming number of attacks, officials have few leads on the attackers, according to the report. No single city was hit harder than Cologne — where gangs of mostly young men are alleged to have “hunted” women, corralling them before groping, assaulting and robbing them. So far, at least 170 victims have filed complaints, including 120 for sexual assault.

Two suspects — aged 16 and 23 and of North African origin — were arrested early Friday, but were later released due to lack of evidence, according to authorities in Cologne.
A spokesman for the German federal police, however, said at least 34 suspects have been identified in the Cologne attacks and that authorities were still seeking evidence from witnesses to pursue arrests.
Out of the 34, 21 were asylum seekers — and the majority of those, he said, had arrived last year. The 34 suspects included 10 Algerians, 10 Moroccans, five Iranians, four Syrians, two Germans, one American, one Serbian and one Iraqi.

In another incident, police in the southwestern German city of Weil am Rhein took four Syrian nationals into custodyin connection with an alleged gang rape of two girls, aged 14 and 15.
The suspects included a 21-year-old Syrian refugee and his 15-year-old brother, who is in the process of seeking asylum. The status of the other two, both 14, were not disclosed, but they were said to be residents of the Netherlands and Switzerland. At least some of the men, police said, had known the girls, who apparently went willingly to the apartment of the eldest Syrian. But the girls told police that what had started, as a consensual encounter became rape, authorities said in a statement.

The brutal gang rape of a woman by three Afghan asylum seekers in central Vienna on April 22 has shocked the Austrian public and drawn attention to a spike in migrant-related rapes, sexual assaults and other crimes across the country.
The migrant crime wave comes as the anti-immigrant Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) has surged in opinion polls. The party's candidate, Norbert Hofer, won the first round of Austria's presidential elections on April 24, and is on track to win the presidency in the second round, run-off election scheduled for May 22.
The three Afghans — two 16-year-olds and one 17-year-old — followed the woman, a 21-year-old exchange student, into a public restroom at the Praterstern train station, one of the main transportation hubs in Vienna. One of the migrants held the woman down while the other two took turns raping her.
A passerby called the police after she heard the woman screaming. By the time police arrived, the men had gone. The suspects, who were arrested as they were attempting to flee the station, do not speak German. Through an interpreter, the migrants told police they were drunk and do not remember carrying out the crime.

The assault in Praterstern is one of a growing number of migrant sex crimes in Austria (other migrant rapes and sexual assaults are included in the appendix below):
- A 20-year-old asylum seeker from Iraq confessed to raping a 10-year-old boy at a public swimming pool in Vienna. The Iraqi said the rape was a "sexual emergency" resulting from "excess sexual energy." The man, who left his wife and child behind in Iraq, said he had been unable to control his libido because he had not had sexual relations since arriving in Austria in September.
- An 18-year-old asylum seeker from Afghanistan was sentenced to 20 months in prison for raping a 72-year-old woman in Traiskirchen. "First he beat the woman black and blue, then he raped her, and then he took her underwear as a trophy," local police said. In addition to a lenient sentence, the man will be allowed to remain in Austria and, after he leaves prison, collect social welfare benefits.
- A 20-year-old asylum seeker from Afghanistan was arrested after he coerced 13-year-old girl from the town of Korneuburg repeatedly to have sex with him. The man, who was living in an asylum shelter in Hollabrunn, first established contact with the girl over the Internet. Each time they met in person, he verbally threatened her until she agreed to have sex. The man was arrested after the girl told her parents about the relationship, which had been going on for more than three months.
- Mobs of Arab migrants sexually assaulted dozens of women in Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck on New Year's Eve. The sex attacks, known in Arabic as taharrush ("harassment"), were similar to those carried out that day by North African migrants in Cologne, Germany and other cities. Police initially denied that the attacks had taken place, but later admitted to lying, purportedly to protect the privacy of the victims.
In April, for example, the Austrian Press Council (Presserat) —
a group that enforces a politically correct "code of ethics" to ensure that Austrian media outlets toe the line of state-sanctioned multiculturalism —
censured the left-leaning magazine, Falter, for "blanket discrimination" against Muslims.

Vienna is the epicenter of migrant crime in Austria. According to data compiled by the Austrian Interior Ministry, nearly one out of three asylum seekers in Vienna was accused of crimes in 2015. Of the nearly 21,000 officially approved asylum seekers in the capital, 6,503 were known to have committed crimes in 2015, a jump of nearly 50% over 2014. The data shows that 2,270 of the criminals were under the age of 20, a 72% jump over 2014. Seven were under age nine, while 31 were under age 13.
According to Vienna Police Chief Gerhard Pürstl, North African gangs fighting for control over drug trafficking were responsible for roughly half of the 15,828 violent crimes — rapes, robberies, stabbings and assaults — reported in the city during 2015.
