The fatal flaw in transgenderism

I have written several posts about transgenderism, looking at various aspects.
It certainly is affecting a number of parts of the current society.

Now I want to look at another aspect:

What is the inevitable effect of transgenderism on the future.

Inevitable, because testicles and ovaries, together with related body parts,
had or have a very specific function:
producing the next generation.
Destroy their ability to perform the procreation function,
and you prevent those affected people from proceating.

The defenders of transgenderism will say
"it's just a tiny, insignificant fraction of the population we're talking about."
But while they argue that point on one hand,
they are simultaneously doing everything they can to
a) make transgenderism as normal and accepted as possible: "protect trans kids", and
b) popularize, even actively sell, transgenderism.
E.g., the actions of the former Jill Soloway, in her television program "Transparent" (which was of course enabled by a television network).

We are already worrying about declining birth rates.
Do we want to normalize and popularize that which renders people unable to procreate?
I think that is insane.
