What Arlington County keeps secret

Two examples:

1. Cause millions of dollars in damages, and life-altering damage to multiple people, and not be named and identified:

Really?

On what do you base that opinion?

Can you not give a basis for that?

Why is the driver not identified?

And please, don't just say "It's a matter of privacy."

This driver caused significant personal and economic damage to multiple parties.

Perhaps the driver indeed had a "medical emergency".

But the public deserves some details, and justification for that opinion.
