Orwellian terminology

Let us recall how George Orwell coined the phrase "doublespeak":

A very blatant example of doublespeak in the 2010s and later:

Describing the destruction of people's genitals as

"Gender affirmation".

Destruction is Affirmation.

Sure.

And

War Is Peace. 

Freedom Is Slavery. 

Ignorance Is Strength.

Could there be a more blatant example of doublespeak?

Here's in utter contempt of the doctors of medicine and philosophy who promote such evil practices 

and dishonest and disingenuous speech.
