OPM directors

The recent shocking and disturbing news about how
the Chinese have succeeded in stealing practically all of
America's on-line SF-86 (Application for Security Clearance) files,
combined with the fact that
the audits required by FISMA and conducted by
the Office of the Inspector General of the Office of Personnel Management
have for years pointed out that
the security weaknesses in OPM computer systems,
but have been systematically disregarded by
the OPM directors under the Obama administration,
makes one wonder just who these directors were.

A look at Wikipedia gave the answer:

John Berry (April 13, 2009 – April 13, 2013)
Elaine Kaplan (acting; April 15, 2013 – October 31, 2013)
Katherine Archuleta (November 4, 2013 - July 10, 2015).

And, of course, all three served under and were appointed by
Barack Obama, America's first non-white president,
who surely also played a large role in setting the priorities of the OPM.

Wikipedia also observes that:

Mr. Barry was and is a male homosexual,
Ms. Kaplan was and is a lesbian,
and Ms. Archuleta was the first Latina director.
